Lowen Color Graphics Plays a Major Role in the Launch of the USPS Electric Vehicle Fleet
Our Work
Lowen Color Graphics produced fleet graphics for 50 USPS electric delivery vehicles unveiled in South Atlanta as part of the Delivering for America plan.
Some projects carry more weight than others. The launch of the United States Postal Service electric vehicle fleet was one of them.
In 2024, the USPS unveiled its first set of electric delivery vehicles at its South Atlanta Sorting and Delivery Center (S&DC), an event attended by White House officials including John Podesta, Senior Advisor to the President for Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation. The fleet graphics on every one of those vehicles were produced by Lowen Color Graphics.

A Partnership Built on Trust
Lowen Color Graphics and the USPS have worked together for years. That relationship exists because the USPS understands what is at stake when their vehicles roll into neighborhoods across America: consistency, recognition, and a visual identity that people trust.
“In every neighborhood in America, people know their mail carrier and recognize the USPS vehicle driving down their street,” said John Podesta at the launch event.
That kind of recognition does not happen by accident. It is the result of a branding partner who understands that every detail on every vehicle matters—and delivers on that standard every single time.
50 Vehicles. One Tight Deadline. No Room for Error.
With a short turnaround time to wrap 50 new electric vehicles for a high-visibility national launch attended by White House officials, the stakes could not have been higher. Lowen’s project managers, production specialists, and installation crews worked tirelessly to ensure every vehicle was ready for its public debut.
This is the kind of project that requires more than technical skill. It requires a team that understands pressure, takes ownership of every detail, and refuses to let a deadline become an excuse for anything less than precise execution.
That is exactly what our team delivered.
“Our team is committed to ensuring fleet graphics are the easy part of our customer’s jobs,” said Tracy Metzger, President of Lowen Corporation. “From concept to delivery, our customers know they can entrust our team with their brand image and we honor that trust with precise execution of every detail in the project.”
Part of Something Much Bigger
The South Atlanta launch was just the beginning. The USPS electric vehicle rollout is part of the Delivering for America plan, a 10-year modernization initiative that will include more than 66,000 USPS electric delivery vehicles across the country.
Lowen Color Graphics is part of that story. The work our team does in Hutchinson, Kansas will show up in neighborhoods across America for years to come. That is not a small thing. That is the kind of impact that defines a career.
