It is recommended that you use the graphical upload tool if you plan to upload files which are greater then 10 megabytes in size, or multiple files which are greater then 20 megabytes in total accumulated size.

After you have done this, you can select files to upload by clicking the browse button to the right of the "File Location" fields and selecting the file on your computer to upload. Each time you add a file to upload, a new upload field will appear. All uploaded files must have a description.
